Jokate Mwegelo (pichani) ni miongoni mwa vijana wa kitanzania walio maarufu na pia waliotunukiwa vipaji mbalimbali. Jokate ndiye alikuwa mrembo namba 2 wakati wa mashindano ya kumsaka mrembo wa Tanzania(Miss Tanzania) mwaka 2006. Alishiriki mashindano hayo akitokea Temeke. Jokate pia ni mwanamitindo,msimamizi wa shughuli mbalimbali. Wakati wa mashindano hayo ya urembo mwaka 2006 yeye ndio alichaguliwa kuwa mrembo anayevutia zaidi mbele ya kamera (Miss Photogenic).Baadaye alikuwa balozi wa kinywaji cha Redds taji ambalo amepewa sifa za kulitumikia vyema mpaka alipolivua mapema mwaka huu. Jokate pia ni mtengenezaji mzuri wa matangazo ya radio kwa kutumia sauti yake.
